Long runs usually take place on Sundays; the meeting point is usually at 6.30am waterfront.
These are club training sessions, not races, and they accommodate runners of all abilities. For each runs, there are several groups who will go at different paces; you can contact the coach beforehand to know which group to join.
Please note that there are no changing facilities nor lockers for the long runs.
Many runners go to a café after the runs on weekends to re-hydrate and get a bite to eat; it’s a good chance to meet other running enthusiasts in a quieter environment!
