Training Schedule

Track Training

Track trainings are Tuesday Friday between 6am and 8am intended to push the runner to improve his pace and stamina.

Recovery Runs

We currently enjoy recovery runs on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The meeting point is usually at 6.30am waterfront or in front of Paul.

Long Runs

Long runs usually take place on Sundays; the meeting point is usually at 6.30am waterfront.
These are club training sessions, not races, and they accommodate runners of all abilities.
